I have been thinking about getting a tooth implant. I have been missing a back molar so sometime now. I thought I would be fine without it but it is starting to bother me eating without it. I tend to favor my left side which is hurting my jaw.

I fell down a couple of days ago, and knocked out one of my front teeth. Half of it is still there, but I'm pretty sure that the doctor's going to have to pull it out and put in an implant. Should I go to my normal dentist, or should I get a periodontist to do this? http://www.mountainperio.com

Good, to see a specialized dentist. Only they are specialized and will know what type of treatment needed for periodontal disease and defects.
